This scenario sets up what we call a triple whammy of harm. childhood failures, lack of motivation, and in extreme cases, sudden death.

The American War for Independence was fought to preserve a system of consent by the governed, where individuals were represented by local government bodies. California has elected to become a sanctuary state, and it should bear the responsibility for the burdens this policy creates.

Thanks to nationalism and the fact that states are merely a subsidiary of the whole, those who enter states with lax borders and sanctuary policies, may now burden other states, as they are free to travel and collect benefits across the Union. The founders and ratifiers took painstaking measures to ensure this would not happen, and to accept that federal domination over the states when it comes to immigration laws is to reject the notion that the states are capable of self-governance.

If we reject that, then we have surrendered our Revolutionary legacy. In many areas, states are indeed incapable by the very nature of the problem. If one state has strict border controls and a neighboring state has open borders, it's a recipe for disaster. Rogue states that give driver licenses to illegals with no safeguards preventing them from voting should have their electoral votes nullified. If you think arguing archaic points of law is tough now, wait until the USA is saddled with 60 million more mestizo invaders.

Both by the family courts who are known to alienate father's from their children in divorce cases. And cps also takes children away from loving families. But no one seems to care about that.

The best solution would be immediate deportation upon discovery. If you catch illegals immediately deport the hole family without any chance of repeal. Just put them on the first plane back to their own country without exceptions. This way families can stay together. And the Western world can have a future. But they are part of the system. Gay marriage was not illegal. It was not recognized, because of theocratic BS. The constitution doesn't say the people ,other than gays, can have this or that. The 14th amendment doesn't specify it covers only citizens. But it should not protect the parents from any legal ramifications. All i know is that white European people and cultures are facing extinction. I'm not from the USA.

I'm from Western Europe. And i don't give a dam about our constitution, the law or any court. I only care about the survival of my people. And mass migration is ruining my country and endangers the survival of my people and culture. And to save it we need to take some extreme steps. Just fully stopping immigration isn't enough anymore. We need to start mass deportation of first, second and third generation migrants. Tens of millions of people. Even those born here. I don't care if they call us nazi's. At this point i'm not even sure it was a good thing germany lost the second world war.

Maybe Europe would have been better off under nazi rule. Maybe we fought the wrong enemy. And if the US doesn't learn from Europe's mistakes. It will also parish. I think you american people are lucky with your constitution. But without white Western people the US constitution is worthless.

Because immigrants don't care about the same values. In Europe we made the mistake of thinking these migrants would integrate. And now our societies are crumbling. Now we have millions of people living among us who hate us and our European values. And instead of becoming part of our societies. They are slowly taking over Europe. And as soon they have the numbers they'll kill all white men and take the women by force. We are being conquered. You shouldn't get stuck on your constitution and Supreme Court so much.

It won't stop the migrants from enforcing their own laws when they have the numbers to do so. It is not even close to what our founders wanted. To even bring race into it speaks far more about you than anyone else. And it is sad honestly. You said yourself you're not in the US, so don't presume. Not the first time. Then rule of law would be meaningless, would bring chaos and anarchy, which would make things worse. In times of civil war there's only one law. And it's the law of the jungle. The strong eat the weak. Kill or be killed.

There is no place for moral values when fighting for survival.

Evidence has been obtained both for the potential contribution of different forms of regulated necrosis to the same model of AKI and for differences in the regulated necrosis forms relevant for diverse forms of AKI.

    Clinical development of drugs targeting regulated necrosis should be ideally associated to companion diagnostics developments that allow the early identification of the occurrence of diverse forms of cell death, ideally before renal function has decreased. Thus, approaches targeting regulated necrosis in clinical trials may consist on prophylactic administration of one or several compounds targeting one or several regulated necrosis pathways prophylactically in high risk situations such as patients undergoing heart surgery or in preservation solutions used for kidney grafts.

    The potential benefits may include prevention or decreasing the severity of AKI and, in the kidney transplantation context, reduce the immunogenicity of the graft. As an alternative, the drugs may be tested in patients that are monitored by companion diagnostics kits, aiming at identifying in urine features of ongoing regulated necrosis, and therapy started once the earliest features of kidney regulated necrosis are detected. In the nineties, the description of the molecular regulation of apoptosis raised hopes of therapeutic interventions in diseases conditions characterized by massive cell death, such as AKI.

    Unfortunately, the hype did not materialize into changes in clinical practice. It is likely that in the future several forms of cell death are targeted simultaneously. The clinical applications may range from AKI, the condition most studied to date given the magnitude of cell death and the convenient logistics, to CKD or kidney graft preservation. Further studies are needed to define which specific forms of cell death should be targeted in each condition or whether a standardized anti-cell death cocktail targeting several cell death modalities may be applied to diverse clinical conditions.

    Agents better suited for clinical use should be developed or ideally, drugs that have already proved safe should be repurposed in order to accelerate clinical translation.
