Our sweet potato pie basically tasted like mashed sweet potatoes piled into a crust.
We muddled our way through making that meal and laughed our way through eating it, all the while contemplating ordering Chinese take-out, Christmas Story -style. Hands down, it was one of my absolute favorite Thanksgivings. I combined peanut butter with a few savory ingredients like smoked paprika and fresh thyme and rubbed it on the turkey before roasting. I gave it a fresh new Thai twist. My version uses coconut milk as the base for the creamy sauce, and is enhanced with the flavor of peanut butter, a hint of garlic and ginger, and a few other savory Thai ingredients.
Oh, and the best part? Plus it makes one heck of a kick-butt turkey sandwich when you want to use up leftovers! Head over to the Peanut Butter and Co.

After being in the fridge overnight.. I will continue my quest for that ultimate, best ever, brownie to exceed this one, but right now, this is still it.
It is so rich already, I only use a little powdered sugar sprinkled on with a sifter - it really makes it look pretty with the contrast. Thank you Betty Crocker!! Tried and true. They are so moist but still have the consistency of a brownie.

These brownies were an exact replica of a normal moist chocolate cake cut up into little squares. I give it 3 spoons because after they got cold they became brownies They satisfied me somewhat! If you try this just remember to blend the hell out of that batter for it has to do a lot with the way they come out.
