Starting from the looks to the technology and ease of use, everything is just amazing. Also appreciate Amazon for before time delivery. It is an utter disappointment as it seems that the Android OS doesn't seem to be compatible with the original BlackBerry image. It caused so many glitches that in 10 months I had to reset to factory to use the phone!

If the OS starts funny and google's all pervasive intrusion the battery which runs for 28 hours normally will run down in 4 hours! The latest problem demanding factory reset is that the set is stuck in speaker mode only!

Imagine plight of a traditional BlackBerry user for last 20 years! Looks Premium but that's the only good thing otherwise it hangs alot, battery is average, accessories screen guard and cover not available anywhere other than amazon hence overall performance is average but the things which hurts is that I paid 35K for an average phone. Speaker call audio piece stopped giving adequate volume within few months but couldn't find any authorized service center nearby to get it repaired hence using it with the hands-free which is a trouble as you can imagine.

My suggestion, please don't buy unless you get the phone under 15K. Loved the phone to its core. Looks amazing, offers great feeling when held without a case or cover and the build quality is amazing. Buy this phone if you wish to use a keyboard for a change, which is just awesome.

Got it at 32k. If you are obsessed with keyboard and data security which is breachable at one point, it's just BB makes it harder then go for it or else you ll get better camera, picture quality and better performance at half its price with other brands. Not to forget it's too heavy to hold. Screen touch sensitivity is not that precise and smooth.
