The room is very clean. The breakfast could be improved. Thank you. The staff were friendly. Location near metro station. So it was perfect for us.

They met me at the airport, helped me get around the city easily, plied me with tea and sympathy. The building is truly beautiful, and everything in the room was tasteful, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I recommend it for all travelers to Istanbul. The staff is really really friendly. Finally, they provide transportation from the airport with reasonable fare. Lovely staff, always available to help. Great wifi Hot water always available.
Breakfast was OK as expected. The breakfast was rather poor. The staff was friendly but at times was difficult to communicate due to lack of understanding of the english language. As a result and due to the irresponsibility of one member of the staff, our car was not taken to the parking as promised but was left in the road although they had assured us that they would handle it properly. The location was very good, near the metro station.
I did not like the facilities of the hotel. Although the stuff was really nice, the WI-FI did not reach out my room for the all my stay. This did not allow me to have a connection to talk with my friends. Moreover, the breakfast menu should be improved, providing more sweets, milk and the particulary food that Istanbul is famous of. I did like the position of the hotel, which was really close to the metro. This allowed me to get everywhere in few time.
Moreover, the stuff of the hotel was really nice. The bed was a bit old and noisy. The location is absolutely great, the metro station is right next to you and the hotel sure worth your money. Noise isolation could be better. Amazing staff! The hotel is located in a very good area: metro and bus station, close to the city center, many shopping centers, Cevahir Mall, Amerikan Hospital etc. The staff were very kind and well informed about tourist objectives. Special thanks for Engine. Not excellent breakfast.

Everything were good specially friendly staff. The location is very good, the staff very friendly especially the reception, were also very helpful and their understanding of English is also another very good and helpful thing. Breakfast hours. Friendly and helpful staff. The noise outside. The staff was good and helpful. There were noise outside.
Breakfast was daily the same things and was not very delicious, it was not good for 7 days accommodation. Hotel is near the Osmanbey metro station and also bus station so the location is good to reach Taksim or somewhere else. The Coffee was free of charge and have a good taste. Felt right at home! I stayed at this cozy and chic boutique hotel for 11 nights with my mum and enjoyed every minute of the stay. The hotel staff were hospitable, professional and wonderful human beings.
They truly felt like family. Thanks so much to Melin, Sacit, Artilla and Engin. Also thanks to the hotel owner, Nurcan, who was incredibly down to earth and warm. They all genuinely cared and couldn't have hosted us any better.
