Nice and comfy rooms. Close to the Mercedes Benz Arena, where we where at a concert, close to East Side Gallery, and also to the station ,but you can also just walk around in the wonderful city. The rooms were nice and comfy. The breakfast was very good and they had a parking lot, which makes it very easy to arrive in a car. Sehr geehrter Herr B. The room was clean, the view was great, our excess luggage was safely stored behind the reception, we had food when we needed it, the breakfast buffet was good, we had everything we needed!

Nothing to complain about. Rooms were cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, although the breakfast area was a bit crowded.
Conveniently located next to Ostbahnhof as the name says and East Side Gallery, a walk away from Warschauer Strasse and Simon-Dach were you are probably headed for your night light fix. Dear Mr. Thank you for you loyality to Accor hotels and thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. The room, while clean and tidy, was too small. I couldn't open my luggage on the floor and had to use the bed.
Location wise, other than being handy for the Ostbanhof station, it isn't great. There aren't many amenities in the area. This is overpriced for the room I had and the area the hotel is located. Dear Philip H. As foreigner travellers we weren't met with a friendly welcome, staff at front desk were efficient but not friendly in demeanour, they gave the impression they couldn't be bothered to speak to us and never asked how our stay was and showed no interest in where we travelled from.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. The hotel is very close to the railway station. It was ideal to to get to the centre and places further afield. Rooms where very comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection. All in all a pleasant stay. The overall stay at Ibis Ostbahnhof was bery positive. I managed to get early check in and room was available.

Room equipment was working well and I like minimalistic room style and it met the function. Facilities were clean and tidy every day.
