The home was missing all of its original fireplaces, baseboards, window trim and casings and crown moldings - and the couple watched lots of YouTube videos to learn how to do all that carpentry work.

Upstairs are the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as three guest bedrooms and a hall bath. Another small bedroom was converted into a laundry room. At the end of the long hall is a former closet that has become a reading nook. They refer to it as "the Sarah Hoeb Library," after their friend who suggested it.
