In some ways, the taint bandaid is designed to reduce pleasure or, at the very least, delay gratification. It's also one of the few examples of sex tech at CES designed to solve a male problem. But the taint bandaid is a device designed for two players.

How the Band-Aid Was Invented

It can be worn only by a man, but it's designed to be controlled by a sexual partner, using what Bennett currently calls a "partner activation device. He also says the device will have a "volume" control that'll let partners adjust the sensitivity. But why the taint? Dear lord, why the taint? The answer is simple: That's the area of the body where nerves combine before sending an ejaculation signal to the brain. We're trying to turn down the sensitivity and the transmission of these neural signals.

It's difficult to say. Bennett says he's done tests with five different men who suffered from premature ejaculation. All five, he says, reported back positively. Bennett wouldn't be drawn on times or any specific form of measurement. The taint bandaid, understandably, is a one-use device. A long-term, multi-use version could be possible in the future, he speculates, but the materials would need to be sturdier and there's the issue of keeping it clean.

Band-Aid brand Adhesive bandages have a center portion that is ALL absorbent pad,while generic brands have part pad, part adhesive,which does not cover the wound as well,and sticks to the wound if the wound is large enough. In my opinion, in the case of Band-Aids, the extra cost is worth it.

I did not receive a single free Band-Aid or the suggestion that I might receive a free Band-Aid, coupon or other incentive at any point in my lifetime. Therefore my fair and unbiased review has not not been directly ,indirectly, or subliminally influenced in any way. The adhesive is a bit too strong, leaves residue and fabric as well as welts that are worse than the original injury.

I needed a flexible bandage that would stay adhered to cover a wound, but every style and brand bandage I tried would fall off before the day was over. It stays adhered all day long even after getting wet. Yes, it does leave a sticky residue, but I don't care.
