Clotilde's Edible Adventures in Paris by Clotilde Dusoulier

Hi, Intrepid - I bought that book in time for her book signing in San Francisco. I think I am familiar with almost half of what she recommends and they are right on. Saint Germain is quite good; Chez Dumonnet on rue Cherche Midi has the crispiest confit de Canard and to-die-for souffle au Grand Marnier; Pierrre Herme is my favorite patissier check out my avatar ; le Pre Verre is a fun place to go to with the food to go with it. I purchased this book after I saw her speak on the Authors Google series. Her blog is great as well.
