This learning module will consolidate all the previous weeks and will lead into further teachings of risk management, client instruction and environmental awareness. Continue to build on your first two weeks of skills with an introduction of risk management, instruction styles and total competency at climbing briefs.

You will be surrounded by limestone karsts, the Andaman Sea and those idealistic sunsets you see from Thailand pictures! In fact, the names attached to SARMs were actually made up later by supplement sellers to make them more recognizable. That in itself is one huge reason to stick with SARMs. Plus, although prohormones are powerful, they are rarely available now.

The ones that are available are weaker than the old ones. Not only are they weaker, but they carry more side effects, and are therefore much more in line with anabolic steroids. Prohormones are definitely more powerful them SARMs, that is true. But, getting hold of high-quality prohormones is nearly impossible, and when you do, they are the weak ones. Yes, you can pack on huge amounts of muscle. But the side-effects are insane. Plus, anabolic steroids are illegal, and the ones you can get your hands on are often pumped full of rubbish.

It really just is not worth the risk, especially as SARMs alongside a good diet and progressive workouts can get you close to that level without the risk. SARMs are available in capsules containing powder, loose powder, or they are suspended in a liquid. However, there is a ton of anecdotal evidence out there, based on nearly 2 decades of use as a bodybuilding tool, and especially in the past decade. The bonus of the past decade is that there is a lot of information online from people who have used them over a long time, and are still alive to tell the tale, and are benefiting from using SARMs for bodybuilding to great effect.

The other problem is that each SARM is different. However, there is a dosage range in which most people operate. The lowest dose at which most people experiment with SARMs is 10 mg. The upper range of dose is around 30 mg, if you stay within that, then you will be pretty safe. Keep the dose lower if you are stacking though, and I will give you some dosage ranges for stacks later in this guide to the best SARMs for bodybuilding. The strength of SARMs is quite individual, and some people respond to others better, or worse.

6 weeks pregnant – all you need to know

So there will be some degree of experimentation. But you need to know what the core attribute of each type is, as some are better at cutting fat, some are better at bulking, and some can do both. Also, you need to look at the attributes of each type of SARM, so that you can consider stacking. There are classic stacks that people use to get the benefits of extra bulking, or bulking and cutting or massive cutting fat.

Ostarine is mild, cheap, easily available, and a great starting point.

It might require the use of a PCT supplement between cycles, because Ostarine can suppress testosterone production, especially in longer cycles, or in higher doses. Most people take this SARM in the dosage range of between 10 mg and 25 mg. This is actually one of the more modern SARMs, and therefore it suffers from having less real-world feedback and data to work with. However, it has a very strong muscle-building effect and is perfect for bulking up.

It will inhibit testosterone, so you will have to use a PCT supplement. Cycles using RAD also tend to be shorter because of its strength, usually six weeks maximum, but often four. Lingadrol is very much like Ostarine in terms of its mechanism of action.

So doses are usually low, around 10 mg. However, it is very suppressive because of this, especially using higher doses and longer cycles. So you will need to be careful with recovery. It is suppressive to the HPTA system in the body, which consists of the hypothalamus, pituitary glands, and gonadal glands. These are key to the reproductive and immune systems in our bodies, so you have to protect them.

Also known as Ibutamoren, this SARM works slightly differently, in that it is a selective agonist of the secretagogue receptor, basically the growth hormone receptor. It raises IGF-1 levels significantly. It also mimics the action of the hormone that regulates appetite, as well as how the body distributes energy, which means your energy will increase, but also your appetite will increase, which can be a positive and negative side-effect.

It is, in fact, a PPAR-delta modulator, that stimulates protein receptors relating to glucose, and how the body creates muscle tissue. It can also interact with proteins that the body uses to boost energy levels. So you will get a boost in energy, a greater ability to do more repetitions in exercise, and your muscle tissue will grow and be more resilient. In terms of dosage, GW should be kept tight, especially initially.

As low as 7 mg, and no higher than 20 mg is the normal range. People usually dose around 15 mg once established. This is a classic SARM, in that it builds lean muscle mass rapidly.
