Summit Barsana Resort and Spa, Kalimpong. M M M Lodge Hotel. Pema Hotel. Overall it was maintained properly. All the required facilities available. It was my holiday trip with friends. My travel destination was good because scenic place with appropriate weather. I would rate the location as good because it is at main center. The appearance of the hotel was average. The staff at the reception was average. I booked this hotel via online.
The services which were provided in the hotel were very good because of quick response and politeness. Rooms which we stayed in were very good because of available facilities. I would rate food as very good, here we can get more local varieties. Services of the staff were good in the hotel. Services were provided on time in this hotel. The room I stayed in was good with facilities.
The exterior appearance of the hotel was good. No delay in checking services too by the hotel team. In the December month I stayed in this hotel for relaxation purpose. I had visited this hotel for relaxation purpose with my family. All amenities were available. The hotel was located near to the transportation facility. Hotel Travellers Paradise
The room and washroom was neat and clean in the hotel. Not a comfortable place. Services was average, rooms were not comfortable but we enjoyed the city and shopping but hotel was not enjoyable. Darjeeling a good palace, there were very nice tea garden and Buddhas Pagoda, beautiful palace and graceful marketing and city tour was very good and nice. Pleasant stay with all basic amenities.
The hotel is a little away from the Mall. We were lucky to get a room with the Kanchenjunga view from our balcony. The rooms were walloped with all the basic amenities and the WiFi. The food was very good and hygienic factors maintained. Staff were mannered and attended all calls. Overall a pleasant stay. The customised food was excellent. The hotel was good. The amenities like hot water, room service, house keeping, staff behaviour etc was good enough.
We had a comfortable stay there. I would prefer to stay at the same hotel when I go next time. We used to get good services whenever we required. The buffet food was good. It was catered to our choice. We got what we needed. The selection of food was good. We always preferred non veg food and we got what we need. My daughter who is a foodies, liked the variates very much. The morning tea was not so good.
