Hi, I was preparing to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in my beach house and began looking for handmade tiles online. I found Mercury Mosaics and fell in love with the variety of tiles available and the design and color options. Based on the pictures on their website, I was able to develop a vision for my kitchen and bathroom.
I called and spoke with a designer who helped me transform my vision into a design plan, sending drawings and pictures for my approval. I plan to work with them again on future projects.

Susan Smeltzer. I had a terrific experience with Mercury Mosaics creating my kitchen backsplash. They were incredibly patient with me as I reviewed multiple tile shape and color samples, passed back and forth multiple emails of photos and different tile color combinations, drew multiple plans for design and tile color combinations, and once the design and colors were decided, the creation of the tile took the time I was told it would take, delivery was secure and prompt, and mapping of the tile for installation made it simple to put the creation all together.

We had been looking for this type of tile for a few years and we were so happy when we found exactly what we were looking for on their website. We ordered samples of the tiles we were looking for and when we were unsure if the variations in color were going to have enough blue in them, they were very knowledgeable about their product enough to reassure us that we would get enough blue in the variations.
We were able to plan out how much tile we needed just by sending pictures and taking measurements over the phone. The ordered was shipped a little ahead of schedule and the cost fit our budget perfectly. Our tile installer really loved the uniqueness of the tile and together we had a great time deciding on what tile would go where. I originally found Mercury Mosaics years ago, may have been a Facebook photo. I dealt with them directly to order the tiles, beginning with ordering tile samples of various glaze colors and stamp textures. This is my second project using them and I would recommend them to anyone who wants personalized attention and detail. Considering I am in the Philadelphia area and they are not, and communicated via email for the whole project, it's hard to believe the process was seamless.
