The Los Angeles office is small and tight-knit compared to the Miami office. There's drama in the upper management, and egos hinder progress, and there's more vision than roadmap.

The work environment in Miami is very toxic and I hope that one day changes. There was way too much rampant insecurity that was affecting the company. I hope the company succeeds! This company will never be legitimate until it cleans up it's act, and it's starts with the top - Alejandro and Ron need to step things up, in the "right" direction. As a startup company there are many challenges which can lead to unexpected changes.
However, every business has challenges they must overcome. This Very Exciting Place to Work: From my point of view, since I come from fast-paced, start-ups, business transformation in entrepreneurial environments in different cultures and languages around the world, I don't look at the Cons. Instead what I see is areas of opportunities. So the question I always as myself is: How can we make things happen, how can we make things better, how we can combine efforts and initiatives for a bigger impact.
Any business transformation is a journey. I'd give the same advice that I give to other fast-paced, start-ups, and entrepreneurial organizations when we start the successful and sustainable business transformation journey: Think about the company as a house.
