I was on the edge of my seat page after page. Hopefully in future Manny can find love. This was a great series and each book hooked you in, the characters really came alive and you couldn't wait to see what would happen in each new book. My only disappointment is that the series is over.

Thanks for a great series. I love to read and bead; so this series was a great combo. Identity Theft gives the reader a wake up call. In today's world we are aware of the disastrous consequences of identity theft. However we seldom hear about the electronic scanning going on around us. The author brings back the familiar cast of characters from her previous novels. She leads them into coflict with groups formed to retrieve personal information to be used for false identity documentation for terrorists. Not only is this a good story line but also an eye opener on the hidden world of electronic theft.
I have now read the series of books on House of Beads. Each book is extremely well written. As you read each book you feel you are in Florida with each of the characters. The author has expertly connected our country's challenges with those who want to destroy our way of life in the United States. Wow another good one in the House of Beads series! It is a very good storyline with some great refreshers for those of us who have read the first three books in this series.
Solid characters with humor throughout. It has intrigue, cozy suspense and some awesome twists and turns which lead you to a wonderful reunion I am hoping for a book 5 to continue with the storylines this series has created! Forbes expertly ties up the loose ends from her House of Beads mysteries in the final "Identity Theft", but only afer page-turning, suspenseful reading! Readers will enjoy Agent Hutchinson's return and will be kept on edge not knowing if he and the beautiful Catherine will reunite.
Will the need to keep Hutch's presence a secret destroy her relationship with Manny as he tries to solve the kidnapping case? And will all of the players be successful in stopping the extensive identity theft operation threatening to destroy the country? Forbes' novel will keep you entertained and guessing until the end.

Interesting characters who were adults with mature actions rather than constant sex. One person found this helpful. Great story, but the cover art and blurb are very misleading.

I expected a true horse racing tale. This could have had 5 stars IF there were less errors. It is in need of both a content and copy editor. As someone that is familiar with the world of racing, and a bit of a copy perfectionist , I found the many errors annoying. While I thought Intercept would be just about horse racing it had several other subplots working. Nice to meet Daytona Pete. He has a huge part in two different areas of this book. I feel this book could have also been divided into two different books.
