This is a test. Dig Our Roots is a celebration of the Niagara-on-the-Lake appellation. Join us every April as our member wineries open their doors and offer one-of-a-kind and unique experiences that showcase our wines, our winemakers and our terroir like never before.

If you are still interested in attending one of the events this weekend, please contact the winery directly to see if there are still tickets left. Sit down in our barrel cellar with Greg and Yannick Wertsch as they take you through a four-course meal featuring their very best wines grown and produced on their family estate in the middle of the Four Mile Creek Appellation.

Travel back through their journey as they describe what it takes to thrive in this growing region and how the unique qualities of their vineyard when curated properly can produce award-winning wines, including their flagship Lemberger Reserve. And, if mother nature cooperates, we'll serve our Icewine dessert on the Back Barn patio near a warm fire. Bosc for a walk amongst the vines that he planted in the summer of Little did we know these would be the vines that today produce our flagship red wine, Equuleus.

  8. Travel back in time as we enjoy a seven-course tasting menu inspired by our founding fathers and the food that they would traditionally harvest. Join us for an unforgettable cheese and wine experience. Our winemaker will compare Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Arterra and Jackson-Triggs, detailing the flavours found in each wine and the techniques used to impart specific qualities.

    A representative will guide us through a tasting of Alexis de Portneuf world class cheeses, describing how the flavor compounds, acidity and textures of cheese can enhance the characteristics of wine and food. Enjoy an epicurean experience including five courses of fine regional cuisine, each featured in a stunning location of our winery. Relax amidst striking architecture as you savour award-winning wines complemented with gourmet cuisine.
