I am relatively new to GPS so I cannot speak to that concern, because putting in coordinates is not something that I know about. The authors put in a lot of time and research as I can see and I am looking forward to returning to Montana to explore yet more sites. We were able to pick and choose what sites to go to by the descriptive analysis and excellent information about how much effort would be needed to reach each place and time needed to find what we wanted.

He was a very nice guy and seemed more concerned with people digging too far into the cliffs, where the overhangs had become dangerously unstable. It's only a matter of time before one of those overhangs collapses on top of somebody. In any case, it's really not worth your gas money to look for gold here - there's very little of it, anyway.
