Although many of the things that are in this book are common sense, some of the strategies hit me like a brick.

Would recommend to any incoming freshman rather than a senior who needed this class to graduate. The authors seem to really understand the reasons students become inhibited in their studies.

I've only read three chapters so far but it's looking great! One person found this helpful. This book was new and in perfect condition.
